the box was missing
I received this scratchy insert and kept looking to see where the rest of it was. There was no box as shown in this picture. I only got the insert part.

my cat ignores it
Nothing wrong with the product, but my cat just doesn’t use it at all. I’ve tried it flat on the floor, nailed to the wall vertically, and on a slant, but he just isn’t interested.
